Audience Finds $15 Million Venture Capital Funding

Mountain View, California  --  Semiconductor company Audience has raised $15 million in its series D round of institutional venture capital financing.

Audience has developed noise suppression technology based on "the intelligence of the human hearing system."

Investors in the round included New Enterprise Associates, Tallwood Venture Capital, Vulcan Capital and VentureTech Alliance. The company said it would use the financing to fund research and development, extension of their voice processor product line expansion of their global operations.
