HyPerformix Secures Venture Equity And Debt

Austin, Texas  --  Software company HyPerformix has garnered $3.8 million in a new round of venture capital equity and venture debt.

HyPerformix says that it "helps our customers predict and prevent application performance and capacity problems before they impact their business."

Investors included M/C Venture Partners, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners and Leasing Technologies International. The company said that the financing would be used to accelerate its growth in the virtualization market.
