Regulus Therapeutics Receives $20 Million Series A

Carlsbad, California  --  Biotechnology company Regulus Therapeutics has secured $20 million in its first round of financing.

Regulus is developing and commercializing micro RNA targeted therapeutics that regulate gene mRNAs and/or proteins.

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals and Isis Pharmaceuticals made the investment. Funding proceeds were not disclosed by the company.
