InStream Nets Series A Venture Capital Funding

New York, New York  --  Media company InStream has raised its first round in venture capital financing, according to a company announcement.

InStream has developed a patent pending marketing solution that "allows brands to harness the power of audiences and deliver targeted messages through an out of home social network."

StageOne Ventures led the round, which also included Angel group CommonAngels. The company said it would use the funding to launch its marketing solution through retailers and advertisers.
