FleetCor Closes $100 Million Series E Funding

Norcross, Georgia  --  IT company FleetCor has closed its fifth round of funding after receiving $100 million in new venture capital investment.

FleetCor is a provider of fleet card and related information services for business leads and petroleum retailers.

Summit Partners led the round, which also included Advantage Capital Partners, Advent International, Nautic Partners, HarbourVest Partners and others. Proceeds purposes from the financing were not disclosed.
