Bedford, Massachusetts -- Software company Progress Software Corporation (NASDAQ: PRGS) has announced the commercial availability of a free full version of its Actional developer product.
Actional Diagnostics is a standalone, quality and validation desktop product that assists developers in building and delivering high-quality XML-based services.
