ValueRich Launches Direct Offering Website

West Palm Beach, Florida  --  Financial media company ValueRich Announce the launch of a new web-based platform that allows companies to conduct their own direct offerings.

Called iValueRich.com, the site charges a one-time upfront marketing and technology fee allowing companies to market their shares directly to investors.
