Mountain View, California  --  Social networking company Meebo announced a significant expansion of its Internet partner program.

Social networking company myYearbook.com has deployed Meebo as a persistent feature on every page to its user base of 9.7 million unique monthly visitors.

Meebo offers users an instant messaging and group chat feature set.  “IM is the most requested feature on myYearbook,” said Geoff Cook, CEO, myYearbook. “We are thrilled to work with Meebo to enrich our members’ communications and ultimately drive more engagement. With 1.7 billion page views, myYearbook was the thirteenth-most trafficked site in the US in March according to comScore Media Metrix. Tracking presence and enabling real-time communication for such a site is no easy task. We believe Meebo’s solution to be the most innovative of its type on the market.”
