Babble Accepts Series A Venture Capital Financing

New York, New York  --  Internet company Babble Media has secured $1.3 million in its first round of venture capital funding.

Babble operates an Internet website and community aimed at what it calls "new generation parents."

Greycroft Partners was the lead investor in the round, which also included Village Ventures. The company said it would use the funding to build out its online community tools.
