iRhythm Raises Venture Capital Financing Round

San Francisco, California  --  Medical device company iRhythm Technologies has secured $6.5 million in a new round of venture capital funding.

iRhythm has developed what it calls a novel cardiac rhythm monitoring device that is superior to existing devices.

Investors in the round included Mohr Davidow Ventures, Synergy Life Science Partners, Stanford University and other undisclosed investors. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
