DoubleVerify Finds New Venture Capital Financing

New York, New York  --  Digital media company DoubleVerify has secured $3.5 million in a new round of institutional venture capital funding.

DoubleVerify says that they "increase online advertising accountability and transparency by providing agencies, marketers, publishers and ad networks with real-time audit and verification of online advertising transactions."

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
