Kozio Clears Series A Venture Capital Investment

Longmont, Colorado  -- Electronics company Kozio has raised its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

Kozio provides electronics companies with hardware diagnostic systems used for debugging and validating custom processor boards.

Boulder Ventures led the round, which also included other undisclosed investors.  The company said it would use the funding "for startup expenses and to expand its marketing and engineering. Go's quote
