Carbon Design Systems Nets Series E Venture Capital

Acton, Massachusetts  --  Software development company Carbon Design Systems has secured $7.5 million in its fifth round of venture capital financing.

Carbon Design says that it delivers "software products that enable pre-silicon system validation."

Commonwealth Capital Ventures, Flagship Ventures and Matrix Partners made the investment. The company did not disclose how the funding procedure could be used.
