OpenX Finds $10 Million Venture Capital Funding

Pasadena, California  --  Digital media company OpenX has raised $10 million in its series C round of institutional venture capital financing.

OpenX provides free ad serving software to online publishers.

DAG Ventures led the round, which also included Accel Partners, Index Ventures, Mangrove Capital Partners, First Round Capital and other undisclosed investors. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to "accelerate its growth and investment in new technologies."
