Celtra Accepts Series A Venture Capital Financing

Cambridge, Massachusetts  --  Mobile company Celtra has secured $1.2 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

Celtra is developing a software as a service platform for online and mobile marketing purposes.

RSG Capital made the investment. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
