23andMe Raises $11 Million In New Venture Capital

Mountain View, California  --  Information technology company 23andMe has secured $11 million in a new round of venture capital funding.

23andMe provides individuals with DNA analysis information and a proprietary web-based software toolset.

Investors in the round were not disclosed. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
