Dune Networks Nets Series B Venture Capital

Sunnyvale, California  --  Semiconductor company Dune Networks has raised $8.3 million in its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

Dune supplies semiconductors to data centers, enterprise and carrier ethernet switching platforms.

Evergreen Partners led the round, which also included US Venture Partners, Alta Berkeley, Aurum Ventures, Jerusalem Venture Partners and Pitango Venture Capital. The company said it would use the funding to expand its sales and support functions as well as continue product development.
