2tor Lands $10 Million Series A Venture Capital

New York, New York  --  Education company 2tor has secured $10 million in its first round of institutional venture capital financing.

2tor partners with higher education institutions to provide selected degree programs online.

RedPoint Ventures led the round, which also included Novak Biddle Venture Partners and City Light Capital. The company said it would use the funding to increase "resources dedicated to student recruitment efforts and marketing."
