Virsto Software Raises First Venture Capital Investment

Virsto Software
has secured $7 million in its first round of institutional venture capital funding.
Virsto "lives at the intersection of server virtualization and storage management."
August Capital led the round, which also included Canaan Partners. The company said it would use the funding proceeds to launch its new storage solution for virtual servers.
