Grab Networks Grabs $12 Million Venture Funding

Dulles, Virginia  --  Networking company Grab Networks has raised $12 million in a new round of venture equity and debt financing.

Grab has created what he calls an "end to end, automated platform" that helps content owners identify, extract and manage their video libraries.

Horizon Technology Finance led the round, which also included SoftBank Capital, SCP Capital, Longworth Venture Partners and Court Square Ventures.  The company said it would use the funding to continue its market expansion efforts.
