CloudSwitch Collects $8 Million Venture Capital

Burlington, Massachusetts -- Software technology company
CloudSwitch
has raised $8 million in second round of institutional venture capital funding.
CloudSwitch says that it is "building an innovative software appliance that delivers the power of cloud computing seamlessly and securely."
Commonwealth Capital Ventures led the round, which included Atlas Venture and Matrix Partners. Proceeds purposes from the financing were not disclosed.
