Emergent Game Technologies Nets Venture Capital Round

Calabasas, California  --  Digital media company Emergent Game Technologies has raised $14 million in a new round of syndicated venture capital financing.

Emergent is a developer of tools required to "build, test, manage and expand interactive games."

Investors in the round included Adena Ventures, Hopewell Ventures, Jerusalem Venture Partners, Walker Ventures and Worldview Technology Partners. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
