Aptana Raises Series B Venture Capital Funding

San Mateo, California  --  Software company Aptana has secured $7.8 million in its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

Aptana sells Ajax development tools for web applications from development through optimization and management.

Rembrandt Venture Partners led the round, which also included Accel Partners. Proceed services from the financing were not disclosed.
