Constructive Collects New Venture Capital Financing

Morgan Hill, California  --  Internet company Constructive has secured a round of institutional venture capital funding.

Constructive provides what it calls "online partner community solutions" via its flagship offering, Partnerpedia.

Yaletown Venture Partners made the investment.  Proceeds purposes from the financing were not disclosed.
