GreenRay Gets $2 Million Venture Capital Funding

Westford, Massachusetts  --  Alternative energy company GreenRay has garnered $2 million in its first round of venture capital financing.

GreenRay is developing a solar appliance for residential homes that promises to reduce design and installation time.

The Quercus Trust led the round, which also included 21 Ventures. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
