eMeter Raises $32 Million Venture Capital Funding

Palo Alto, California  --  Software company eMeter has secured $32 million in a new round of institutional venture capital.

eMeter sells software products and implementation services to the utility marketplace.

Sequoia Capital led the round, which also included previous investor Foundation Capital.  The company said the funding proceeds would be used to accelerate its sales and marketing initiatives.
