iControl Networks Garners $23 Million VC Funding

Palo Alto, California  --  Internet company iControl Networks has landed $23 million in its third round of venture capital funding.

iControl Networks provides what it calls "an easy, affordable, and centralized way to see, know and respond remotely to the comfort and safety of family, property or business."

Investors in the company included ADT, Cisco Systems, Comcast Interactive Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and other undisclosed investors. The company did not disclose how it would use to funding proceeds.
