Astoria Software Garners New Venture Capital Investment

San Francisco, California  --  Software company Astoria Software has secured a new round of institutional venture capital financing.

Astoria has developed packaged software applications that automate and manage the authoring and publishing processes of structured content.

Investors in the round included Goldman Sachs, Prism VentureWorks, Blueprint Ventures and Ticonderoga Capital. The company said that the investment would be used to expand its sales and marketing initiatives.
