Clearwire To Launch 4G Wireless Service

Kirkland, Washington  --  Wireless telecom provider Clearwire said that it will launch its fast mobile Internet service in Las Vegas on July 21.

The company's service, called CLEAR, promises to deliver next-generation mobile broadband access using WiMAX technologies.

Investors in the company include Intel Capital, Comcast, Sprint, Time Warner Cable and Google.
