InfoNow Clears $5 Million Venture Capital Funding

Denver, Colorado  --  Software company InfoNow has secured $5 million for its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

InfoNow cells channel visibility and channel management software and services to large corporations.

Vedanta Capital led the round, which also included Sequel Venture Partners and Sevin Rosen Funds.  The company said it would use the funding to accelerate its global sales and marketing initiatives.
