Amber Alert Launches GPS Child Tracking Device

Salt Lake City, Utah  --  Amber Alert GPS announced the launch of its child tracking device that enables parents to know where their children are.

Called the GPS 2G, allows parents to create a "breadcrumbing" trail of their children's route through a series of alerts.

The system was created by CEO Ross Thornton after his three-year-old son went missing at an amusement park for 45 minutes.
