Blade Network Nets $10 Million Venture Capital

Santa Clara, California  --  Networking company Blade Network Technologies has secured $10 million in a new venture capital funding round.

Blade supplies gigabit and 10 Gb ethernet network infrastructure solutions.

Investors in the round included NEC Corp., Juniper Networks and other undisclosed investors.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to accelerate its R&D and sales and marketing programs.
