Emulex Releases Target Mode Driver SDK

Santa Clara, California  --  Storage company Emulex has announced the launch of a software developer kit for target mode drivers.

Called TargetConnect, the kit will allow data center storage solution developers to "build and deploy Intel architecture-based storage solutions using" the company's small computer system interface target mode drivers.

The kit will support development of two driver options, an Linux-based or custom operating system option and a Linux specific option.
