TetraPhase Pharma Clears $10 Million Venture Funding

Watertown, Massachusetts  --  Antibiotic pharmaceutical company TetraPhase Pharmaceuticals has secured $10 million in new venture capital investment.

TetraPhase is developing new tetracycline-based antibiotics to treat bacterial infections that are resistant to current drug treatments.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
