Correctnet Nets $3 Million Venture Capital Debt

Hauppauge, New York  --  IT company Correctnet has secured $3 million in a new round of venture debt funding.

Correctnet says that it harnesses data to power critical reporting and process automation solutions for the financial services industry.

MMV Financial is making the loan.  The company did not disclose the funding proceeds purposes.

Correctnet is backed by Edison Venture Fund, NewSpring Capital, TL Ventures and other investors.
