Activ Financial Gets New Venture Capital Investor

Chicago, Illinois  --  Financial services company Activ Financial Systems has secured $23.5 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

Activ Financial provides market data content and technologies to a variety of brokers, trading systems and market participants.

Bessemer Venture Partners made the investment.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
