Bluesocket Connects With $8 Million Venture Capital

Burlington, Massachusetts  --  Networking technology company Bluesocket has garnered $8 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

Bluesocket supplies products that secure and manage wireless networks.

Investors in the round included Ascent Venture Partners, Ironside Ventures, Osborn Capital and Vesbridge Partners.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
