Linde Launches New IQF Poultry Freezer

Murray Hill, New Jersey  --  Engineering company Linde North America has announced the launch of a new hygienic, cryogenic individual quick freezer product.

Called the Cryowave, the system is designed for chicken processors who individually quick freeze items such as diced and sliced poultry products, wings, mechanically deboned items and any other chicken products that tend to clump or stick to belts.

The machine uses a proprietary agitating wave action that "tumbles layered products to lock in moisture and maximize yield."
