Aggregate Knowledge Aggregates Venture Capital Round

San Mateo, California  --  Internet technology company Aggregate Knowledge has secured $9 million in its series C round of institutional venture capital financing.

Aggregate Knowledge has created what it calls a "Collective Discovery Service" for online merchandisers to maximize their revenue opportunities.

OVP Venture Partners was the lead investor in the round, which also included DAG Ventures and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to build out its platform and execute on its business plan.
