Imation And MXI Security Partner On Storage Devices

Las Vegas, Nevada  -- Storage companies Imation (NYSE: IMN) and MXI Security announced a partnership to develop and manufacture a family of high security data storage devices.

The partnership will incorporate MXI's patented Bluefly Processor technology into Imation branded storage devices.

Imation plans to launch the first of these high-security devices and external hard disk drives by the end of the first quarter, 2010.
