Boston Globe To Split Into Two Websites

Boston, Massachusetts  --  News organization The Boston Globe announced that it will split into two websites in 2011.

Boston.com will remain free to users and BostonGlobe.com will be launched as a paid subscription website.

The new paid subscription site will offer a more elegant and bold format that will include new as yet unannounced branded digital products.
