Sarnoff Launches Portable Concealed Object Detection

Princeton, New Jersey  --  Sarnoff Corporation announced the launch of a new portable concealed object detection system.

Called the VerifIR, the system combines real-time visible and infrared video footage to create what it feels is a superior picture without image separation.

The company says that the system can provide concealed object imaging as well as imaging of a subject's face, hair or clothing pattern from distances of 40 yards or more.
