EditRing Garners $1 Million Venture Capital Financing

Stanford, California  --  Internet productivity company EditRing has raised a little over $1 million in new venture capital financing, according to an SEC regulatory filing.

EditRing is creating technologies that allow users to collaborate in real-time in Microsoft Office.

Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
