Virgin Media Selects SeaChange TV Player

Acton, Massachusetts  --  Virgin Media has selected SeaChange technology for its online and mobile TV player.

Announced at the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2010, SeaChange will provide a fully managed outsourced service infrastructure for multiscreen video services with the ability to migrate to in-house deployments.

In addition, SeaChange will provide an on-demand content management service offering, which will initially provide content in nine different video formats for streaming to the PC or mobile.
