Ultrasonic Systems Launches New Thin-Film Spray System

Haverhill, Massachusetts  --  Spray coating equipment company Ultrasonic Systems has announced the launch of a new precision spray system for thin-film solar applications.

Called the PV-480, the system is a proprietary, nozzle-less spray had that results in thinner, more uniform coating deposition versus conventional technologies.

The system is optimized for high volume, in-line manufacturing and can process glass plates up to 48 inches wide at speeds up to 6 ft./minute.
