eCert Collects $8 Million Venture Capital Financing

San Francisco, California  --  IT company eCert has secured $8 million in new venture capital financing commitments.

eCert has created e-mail and messaging trust technologies focused on financial systems.

Warburg Pincus made the financing commitment. The company said it would use the funding to expand its financial services e-mail security system.
