AppNexus Raises $50 Million Third Venture Capital Round

New York, New York  --  Enterprise infrastructure company AppNexus has secured $50 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

AppNexus has created cloud infrastructure that was engineered specifically for enterprise use.

Investors in the round included Venrock, Kodiak Venture Partners, First Round Capital and Microsoft. The company said it would use the financing proceeds to continue product development and expand globally.
