Research Triangle Park, North Carolina -- Biotechnology startup company b3 bio (no website) has secured $5.7 million in new venture capital investment according to an SEC regulatory filing.
b3 bio is currently in stealth mode and is developing unpublicized biotechnologies. The company's cofounders are Robert Bonczek and Dani Bolognesi.
Investors in the financing were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
