Ceregene Adds Venture Capital To Fourth Round

   San Diego, California  --  Biotechnology company Ceregene has raised an additional $11.5 million in its fourth round of institutional venture capital financing.

Ceregene is developing genetic therapeutics for the treatment of neurological disorders.

Hamilton BioVentures and Alta Partners led the round, which also included additional venture capital firms of MPM Capital and Investor Growth Capital.
