Act-On Software Accepts New VC Funding

   Beaverton, Oregon  --  Collaboration software company Act-On Software has raised $4 million in a second round of venture capital investment.

Act-On provides communication and collaboration software for enterprise prospect and customer interaction purposes.

Venture capital firm Voyager Capital led the round, which also included US Venture Partners.

The company said it would use the financing proceeds to accelerate its marketing and development efforts.
